You may have one or more incorporators. The incorporator is the Individual who signs the articles of incorporation. You must have at least One director who may be the same as the incorporator. The corporation also needs officers, usually a president, one or more Vice-presidents, a secretary and a treasurer, although these specific titles are no longer required. Your state law may require 3 directors or more of legal age (18 or older). Depending on your organization it is advisable to have at least 5 directors. Non-profit directors normally serve without compensation except for any expenses incurred in performing director duties.
